A vinyasa class where students challenge their own limits and engage in an individual exploration of their physical capacity to move through poses. All are welcome to attend this class and each student is encouraged to work through guided sequences at his or her own pace. We keep the structure of the class accessible for those newer to yoga but offer variations to engage and challenge more seasoned practitioners.
Please bring yoga mat. Other equipment supplied.
Gail has been teaching yoga for 20 years and holds several certifications.
