Functional Strength Training for Injury Prevention

Wednesdays: 10:00-10:45am

Saturdays: 9:00-9:45am

This class is an all levels strength training & cardiovascular workout featuring bodyweight exercises and functional equipment including the TRX suspension trainer, resistance bands, bosu balls and others. The class will promote muscular balance, cardiovascular fitness, and
physical and mental well being. By emphasizing proper form and modifying exercises to the individual, we will maximize results while preventing injury.
