Summer Combo Class
1/2-Hour Strength & 1/2-Hour Pilates
All days: 1 hour/week for 6 weeks
Wednesdays: 7/8, (NO 7/15), 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
This class has the benefits of both strength training and Pilates! The class consists of a half hour of strength training and a half hour of Pilates. Weights are provided.
