Build and take home your own charcuterie board, including the board! Join Red Apron Charcuterie for an evening of interactive instruction (and tasting!) where you will learn to make a beautiful, well-balanced board. Ingredients for tonight’s board include 4 cheeses, 3 cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more all arranged on a palm leaf platter for you to take home. During class, enjoy a grazing board with the finest local products, such as cheeses from Smith’s Country Cheese from Winchendon, MA, and honey from
Top Sun Farm from Stoughton so please come hungry! Along with your beautiful board, you will leave with a ‘cheat sheet’ with tips & tricks on arranging styling, & pairing meats &cheeses.
