Athletics Super Sports Program. Each week children will play games such as Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Dodgeball, Baseball, Kickball and Capture the Flag. Learning the basic skills of each sport is emphasized. Each class will end with a high energy game of the sport played that day. In this exciting and hands-on program kids grades K-6 will dive into the fun world of mini golf! This unique program is designed to blend creativity, teamwork, and fundamental golf skills into an engaging experience. Children will learn putting technique through fun drills and games working to improve accuracy, control, and mastering the basics. As the program progresses, we will work in teams to design and build new holes every week with fun themes to jump start children’s creativity and imagination. Teamwork, creative problem solving, and hands on learning and play all rolled into one. Super SportTIME: 3:15 - 4:15pmTHURSDAYS: Grades K - 1Winter Session 2: 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, (NO 3/27), 4/3, 4/10 Spring Session: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29 FRIDAYS: Grades 1 - 2Winter Session 2: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4 Spring Session: 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, (NO 5/23), 5/30, 6/6Get up, get going and get active with a F.A.S.T. Athletics Super Sports Program. Each week children will play games such as Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Dodgeball, Baseball, Kickball and Capture the Flag. Learning the basic skills of each sport is emphasized. Each class will end with a high energy game of the sport played that day. This is fun, active and perfect for Friday afternoons. Red Zone Defense, Fourth and Inches and the QB Challenge will also be discussed.Location: Freeman-Kennedy Fields.
