F.A.S.T. Super SportTIME: 3:15 - 4:15pmTHURSDAYS: Grades K - 1Winter Session 2: 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, (NO 3/27), 4/3, 4/10 Spring Session: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29 FRIDAYS: Grades 1 - 2Winter Session 2: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4 Spring Session: 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, (NO 5/23), 5/30, 6/6Get up, get going and get active with a F.A.S.T. Athletics Super Sports Program. Each week children will play games such as Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Dodgeball, Baseball, Kickball and Capture the Flag. Learning the basic skills of each sport is emphasized. Each class will end with a high energy game of the sport played that day. Games may be played outside depending on availability and weather.Location: H. Olive Day School Gymnasium F.A.S.T. DodgeballFRIDAYS: 3:15 - 4:15pm Grades 3 - 6Winter Session 2: 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28, 4/4 Always a favorite! F.A.S.T. Athletics will teach everyone different versions of Dodgeball along with game strategies while emphasizing teamwork. Join in for a great end-of-the-school-week activity!Location: Freeman-Kennedy GymnasiumF.A.S.T Flag Football FRIDAYS: 3:15 - 4:15pm Grades 3 - 6Spring Session: 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, (NO 5/23), 5/30, 6/6 Come have fun while learning game strategies along with catching, throwing, and snapping techniques and, most importantly, how to work together as a team. This is fun, active and perfect for Friday afternoons. Red Zone Defense, Fourth and Inches and the QB Challenge will also be discussed.Location: Freeman-Kennedy Fields. All dates below are correct* Coed 5K Club Ages 8+Join our coed 5K club to enhance your physical and mental strength! We’ll focus on goal setting, character development, speed, agility, technique, and endurance. Over the course of the season, we will gradually increase our mileage, culminating in a 5K event. Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to join. This program is an excellent way to prepare for any sport or simply engage in fitness on its own! Every participant who completes the run will earn a medal and receive some awesome swag.
