It is designed to serve the needs of both recreational and competitive skaters. The curriculum keeps skaters enthusiastic about learning from the time they begin lessons until the time they reach their goals. Each lesson will consist of 25 minutes of instruction as well as 25 minutes of "supervised" practice time.Skates ($5) & Helmets ($2) available to rent on a weekly basis at the rink (cost is weekly)Next Step Skating: Bridge ProgramSession 4:Beginner OR Advanced:Sundays: 12pm - 3/2-4/13The Bridge Class at Norfolk Arena will focus on advancing your proficiency with basic skating skills. We will be focusing on stroking, forward crossovers, backward crossovers, turns, posture, and speed. Players enhance their skills through various group games and activities incorporated into each session. Full Hockey equipment is required.
