SPRING DATES:WEDNESDAYS: 10:00-10:45amDATES: 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, 6/10This class is an all levels strength training & cardiovascular workout featuring bodyweight exercises and functional equipment including the TRX suspension trainer, resistance bands, bosu balls and others. The class will promote muscular balance, cardiovascular fitness, andphysical and mental well being. By emphasizing proper form and modifying exercises to the individual, we will maximize results while preventing injury.

Kids Test Kitchen - inspire healthy eaters Grades 1 - 6 Instructor: Kids Test KitchenTHURSDAYS: 4:30 - 5:30pmDATES: 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4On a mission to redefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen’s enthusiastic Facilitators get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients! Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw,unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned! Even the mostreluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own. Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes.Kids have food allergies, but they shouldn’t miss out on the fun.
