These fun group lessons are an exciting introduction to piano and music skills for beginning level music students. The goal of the course is not only to develop a solid musical foundation in piano, but most importantly to instill in the student a genuine love and appreciation for music.

1/2-Hour Strength & 1/2-Hour PilatesAll days: 1 hour/week for 6 weeksWednesdays: 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13Time: 6:30-7:30pmThis class has the benefits of both strength training and Pilates! The class consists of a half hour of strength training and a half hour of Pilates. Weights are provided.Bring a towel or mat.

A vinyasa yoga class that is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch and hydrate the body's extensive facial network and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space. Great for all levels! Please bring yoga mat. Other equipment supplied. Gail has been teaching yoga for 20 years and holds several certifications.
